When a boiler packs in, it can be an extremely stressful time. That’s why we’ve got two dedicated emergency numbers — one for repairs, one for replacements — to get you what you need as quickly as possible. Should you need your boiler replacing in an emergency we could get the job done in 24 hours in some locations.

After the call, we send one of our surveyors round to your home. Once they’ve given your faulty boiler a good going over, the surveyor will give you a quote for the job there and then. No waiting, no delays.
Agree to the quote and we’ll put together your package. We then despatch one of our engineers to make the installation as fast as possible.
Once it‘s all done, you’ll receive a Customer Care Package with the warranty details, service plan as well as helpful contacts.

After the call, we send an engineer around to diagnose your faulty boiler and central heating system and we will provide you with a quote to fix the problem.
If the engineer can resolve the issue during his visit and you’re happy with the quote, we’ll do the repair then and there. If you need specialist parts, we’ll order them and arrange a time to come back.
Once all the work has been completed, we will call you to make sure everything is okay.
