Google Chrome
  1. Click on the three dots in the top far right corner of your browser.
  2. Select the ‘Settings’ menu option.
  3. Expand the ‘Advanced’ menu at the bottom of the page.
  4. Under the ‘Privacy and security’ section, select ‘Content settings’ and then ‘Cookies’.
  5. From the ‘Cookies’ section, you can change the following settings:
    1. Allow sites to save and read cookie data.
    2. Keep local data only until you quit your browser
    3. Block third-party cookies.
    4. Choose which sites you accept or block cookies from.
    5. Choose which sites you delete cookies for upon closing your browser.
  6. Deleting all or some cookies on your computer.
Firefox
  1. Select the three-line icon in the top far right menu.
  2. From the left-hand side bar, select ‘Privacy’.
  3. Under the ‘History’ heading, select the link to ‘clear your recent history’. A time range for clearing your history will then be given.
  4. Select the time range to clear and expand the ‘Details’ menu by clicking the down arrow.
  5. From here you can choose to clear the following:
    1. ‘Browsing & Download History’
    2. ‘Form & Search History’
    3. ‘Cookies’
    4. ‘Cache’
    5. ‘Active Logins’
    6. ‘Offline Web Site Data’
    7. ‘Site Preferences’
  6. If only certain cookies need to be removed, select ‘remove individual cookies’ from underneath the ‘History’ heading.
  7. Select the cookies you wish to remove and then click ‘ Removed Selected.’
  8. Alternatively select ‘Remove All’ to clear all cookies.
Internet Explorer 7+
  1. Click the white cog icon in the top far right corner of your browser.
  2. Select ‘Internet Options’.
  3. Choose the ‘Privacy’ tab.
  4. Move the slider to select your preferred level of privacy.
  5. To specify the handling of first and third-party cookies, select ‘Advanced’ within the ‘Privacy’ tab and check the ‘Override automatic cookie handling’.

Cookies can also be deleted, along with your browsing history on the ‘General’ tab, under ‘Browsing History’.

Safari for Mac
  1. Click on Safari.
  2. Select the ‘Preferences’ menu option.
  3. Click on ‘Privacy’.
  4. Selecting the ‘Cookies and website data’ option will present you with the following options:
    1. ‘Always block’.
    2. ‘Allow from current website only’.
    3. ‘Allow from websites I visit’.
    4. ‘Always allow’.
  5. Alternatively you can manage your cookies via ‘Manage website data’ which appears underneath.
  6. Select the cookies you wish to delete individually and click ‘Remove’, or alternatively, select ‘Remove all’.

Cookies can also be deleted, along with your browsing history on the ‘General’ tab, under ‘Browsing History’.
