Our boilers may potentially be purchased with finance via our lender with varying price and deposit options. We supply and install a variety of different boiler types, ranging from combi boilers to system boilers, and we work with a number of brands, from Worcester Bosch to Ideal. We could provide you with access to a finance option from our lender that could facilitate the purchase of your new boiler.

Step 2: Book a survey – One of our friendly advisors will get in touch with you to arrange for one of our expert surveyors to visit your home at a time that suits you.
Step 3: Your Survey - Your surveyor could arrive at your home at your allocated time and conduct a thorough inspection of your current system, aiming to answer any questions you may have and advising you of the best solution for your home.
Step 4: Finding a way to pay – Once you’re happy with your quote and installation plan, we could refer you to our finance provider who could discuss the potential payment options with you in order to help you to make an informed choice. Alternatively, you could pay in full.
Step 5: Your new boiler installation – Once all the above bases are checked, you could be all set to get your new boiler installed.
Are £0 deposit options available?
Yes, our lender could provide you with a £0 deposit option. With this offer, you may be able to finance your entire boiler purchase and spread your payments over the term of the loan agreement.
What do I need to apply for finance?
Generally, when applying for finance, you will need to provide proof of identity, address, income and expenditure. Our lender will be able to discuss their requirements with you; this will typically include outlining your ability to afford the repayments over the term of the loan and recording the bank details of where the loan repayments will be made from. The lender will also undertake a credit check with your consent.
How much could my monthly repayments be?
The amount that you’re required to pay tends to be reliant upon the price of the overall boiler installation, along with the deposit amount and the agreed length of repayment. Typically, the higher the deposit, the lower the monthly payments could be and the shorter the length of the payment plan. Likewise, if you choose to pay a lower deposit, your payment plan could be spread over a prolonged period of time. The lender is required to detail all aspects of payment, including monthly repayment amounts, interest rates (APR), total cost of credit and amounts repayable over the term inclusive of any potential costs associated with the purchased product.
Do we offer financial advice?
No, we do not recommend finance products or offer any financial advice. We provide you with information and offers currently available from our finance provider in order for you to make an informed choice. All of the options available will be provided to you factually as provided by the lender and without recommendation.
Do you have more than one lender?
No, we only have one lender to whom we introduce customers – Shawbrook Bank. Customers are not obliged to use our finance provider and are free to source a finance option from elsewhere.

Help-Link UK Ltd include a filter as part of your quote as this is highly recommended by the boiler manufacturer as a key component in maintaining boiler health, functionality and may potentially be looked upon favourably by manufacturers when assessing warranty work. This filter can be removed at the customer's request. Quote also includes a programmable thermostat for all combi boiler installations as this is a legal requirement as part of the Boiler + legislation introduced 6th April 2018, and cannot be removed from the installation unless; it is replaced with an alternative smart thermostat; or another energy saving measure as listed in the Boiler + legislation or if a smart thermostat already exists within the property. Alternative thermostats, including smart thermostats are subject to an additional charge.
