At Help-Link we make the journey to a new boiler a smooth one. When you give us a call or fill out a form on our site this is what happens next…

We will call you back to organise a suitable time for one of our local surveyors to visit your home.

We give you a time slot within a two hour time frame, so you don’t have to wait around all day.

During the visit, the surveyor will discuss your requirements, and check for things like water pressure, the boilers location,positioning of the flue and the number of radiators and bathrooms in the home.

The purpose of this survey is to determine which boiler best suites your home and lifestyle.

If you are happy with all of the requirements the surveyor will discuss the different ways that you can choose to pay.

A convenient date will then be agreed for one of our local engineers to install your boiler.

This will be confirmed in an email — and again in a call the day before.

On the day of the install, the engineer will arrive with the boiler and all parts needed for the installation.

Before they begin the work, the engineer will walk around your home with you and confirm what work is to be carried out and where.

We treat your home like our own, so rest assured that our engineers use carpet protectors and dust sheets to make sure we leave your home as we found it!

Our experts will then carry out your new boiler installation.

When we’ve done we leave you to enjoy the comforts that a new boiler brings. Leaving your home exactly as we found it.

After the installation one of our customer service champs will call to check that everything is fine and you are happy with the work carried out by help-link.

You will then receive a help-link after care pack complete with servicing sheet, warranty information and useful contacts.

Your new boiler will last you long into the future, but should something go wrong, you know you’re in good hands.
