What has been a key component in the growth and development of what we do is our focus on service delivery while utilising the most efficient and effective technologies and product lines, this to save money for you the customer but also the environment. Whether we install the latest Solar panel technology, advanced ground source heat pumps or even the effective control of our fleet of 100 vans, we always consider the environmental impact of our service and product offered but not by passing the cost onto the end user the customer.

 

Focusing on Domestic Private Market

 

Our primary function is to the domestic private market providing services relating to heating the home, this whether annual servicing of appliance, breakdowns, replacement boilers, new boilers, hot water systems, both solar or a combination, heat pumps, electrical, joinery, building, property refurbishment, etc. The list is considerable and in essence is a workforce capable of dealing with any customer need, solar panels on a roof, boiler outhouse construction, kitchen removal, etc.

 

Manpower – Reliable, consistently trained to delivery the highest service

 

Our manpower is also spread geographically through Northern England, this not sub contractors but full time employed, this is the only true method of ensuring a reliable and consistently trained workforce, sub contractors cannot provide the level of service required to a private household or any in Help-Link’s opinion. Many competitors greatly utilise sub contractors who may travel 100 miles a day to work, this issue for support if something goes wrong but also again impacts on the environment due to excessive fuel consumption to simply get to the job!  We believe a sub contractor focused company is prone to poor levels of service when things go wrong! It’s not unusual for a sub contractor to simply not turn up to work, that’s their nature.

 

Solar Solutions – Efficiency allied environmental impact

 

Our Solar Solutions grew hugely in 2006 and through our Clearskies accreditation we expect it to see interest and physical work to represent 25% of our installation work for 2007, we expect in excess of 1000 solar systems to be installed within the Yorkshire region alone!

 

Trust is of paramount importance particular when it is so commonplace for customers to be victims of poor service and advice, a service more suited to the engineer’s wallet than Help-Links policy of BEST VALUE for the customer in the long term. 

 

With all installations and upgrades our engineer will spend time with you to explain the impact of their work, explaining timescales, access to parts of your home, switching off of water supply, etc.

 

To ensure we provide the best advice to all our customers we have highly trained and focused home advisors/surveyors, each either possessing a heating or technical background, but also dedicated training on our product range, thus applying customer needs with the latest Building Regulations to ensure efficiency is achieved.
