    British Gas were my supplier of gas, electric and service so I turned to them for advice on how to improve the pressure to my showers. Advice given contracts signed. Their engineers arrived and eventually walked of site as the job, outlined by their sales man could not be done. After being lied to, receiving revised quotations on British Gas paper but with the letterhead torn off and unable to have matters in writing I decided that I should contact your company. 

    The contrast was so great that I felt it only fair that I should write to congratulate all involved, salesman, engineers and installation inspector on a job well done. From first to last your team were a credit to the company. With professionalism such as I received you should go from strength to strength. 

    A final thought, I suspect I had less contact with your colleagues from first visit to last than I spent trying to get British Gas to let me speak to a person in authority.

    I recently had a new boiler fitted at my property and I just wanted to write and say Thank you.

    In all my contact with Help Link throughout the purchase I have to say that everyone was prompt, polite and professional, yourself included.

    The install team, which was Andy and Rob, were both excellent at what they did and were very clean and tidy in their work. A quality that can be rare to see, costs nothing and yet means so much.

    This letter is to say a big thank you to the lads who installed my new central heating on the 15 Jan 2013.
